Job summary

TAKKION is seeking an O&M Field Technician to perform and oversee wind turbine operations, maintenance and repair, ensuring safety and efficiency. This role requires proximity to Miller, SD, ability to climb towers, and willingness to travel for training.

You will work in a team, handling diverse tasks while adhering to company procedures. Hiring requires a background check and drug screening; strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced wind energy

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; secondary education preferred.
• 2–5 years in wind energy or related industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; willing to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee operations, maintenance and repair of wind turbines.
• Ensure all work is conducted safely and efficiently.
• Contribute to team effort and maintain quality service.
