Job summary

EDF power solutions is seeking a Composite Technician in the United States, responsible for maintaining and repairing wind turbine blades under the direction of the Senior Manager. The role requires attending a four-week mandatory training and involves extensive outdoor work, often in extreme conditions. Candidates should have 2 years of experience, complete specific training, and possess good communication skills. This position offers competitive benefits and a salary range of $22.69 - $37.79 per hour.

Qualifications

• Completed EDFps Composite Key Fundamentals Training.
• Has acquired 8 or more hours of on the job training by a Senior or Advanced Composite Repair Technician.
• Perform small cosmetic repairs under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and photograph internal and external blade damage.
• Perform composite repairs on internal and external blade surfaces.
• Utilize blade access platforms and boom trucks at heights of 300ft or more.
