Job summary

Wells in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Field Laborer to join the precast installation crew. You will perform general construction labor, operate lifts, and assist with welding, grout, and patching under the supervision of the Field Foreman and Field Superintendent.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to read tape measures and blueprints, and commitment to safety. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, OSHA 10, and be willing to travel; union membership eligibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• General math skills and ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Foundational construction knowledge and safety awareness.
• Willingness to travel and work in varying weather and conditions.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification and union eligibility are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow installation crew directions from Foreman and Superintendent.
• Perform general construction labor for precast installations.
• Use materials efficiently and operate equipment safely.
• Assist with lifting, grinding, welding, and grouting as required.
• Rig and manage crane connections to precast members.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
