Wells in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Field Laborer to join the precast installation crew. You will perform general construction labor, operate lifts, and assist with welding, grout, and patching under the supervision of the Field Foreman and Field Superintendent.
The role requires physical stamina, ability to read tape measures and blueprints, and commitment to safety. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, OSHA 10, and be willing to travel; union membership eligibility is a plus.
Perform general labor tasks safely and efficiently as a member of a precast installation crew. The Field Laborer works with wood, metal, and concrete materials, utilizing various hand and power tools, and reports directly to the Field Foreman and Field Superintendent. Responsibilities also include operating lifts and learning to weld, grout, and patch.
Salary range: $40.51–$49.86. Based on location and experience.

We’re looking for candidates with general math skills, the ability to read tape measures and blueprints, and a foundational understanding of construction practices. The ideal candidate is comfortable working safely at heights, including on ladders, flatbed trailers, and aerial equipment. Professionalism, strong teamwork skills, and self-motivation are essential. Candidates must also be willing to travel and work in all types of weather conditions, including being away from home as needed.
