Ragle Inc. is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our operations team in Houston, TX. This hands-on role involves field welding, reading blueprints, and ensuring work meets project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include welding, fabrication, and field modifications, with a focus on quality and productivity. Travel may be required, and the position offers full-time hours and competitive pay DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of welding and fabrication experience in heavy civil, industrial, structural steel, or construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of AWS, ASME, and applicable industry standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform structural steel welding, fabrication, repairs, and field modifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, welding symbols, and project specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with project requirements, company standards, and applicable AWS/ASME codes.
• Be part of daily safety meetings and follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Inspect welds and completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain welding equipment, tools, and consumable inventory.
• Communicate project progress, concerns, and resource needs to Foreman.
