Ragle Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer to join the Houston, TX team. This entry-level role supports daily project operations in heavy civil construction, coordinating field activities and ensuring safety and quality.

You'll work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews, applying civil engineering concepts while developing practical site experience. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Previous internship or construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Support quality control efforts to ensure work meets project specifications.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and survey needs for field crews.
• Track daily and weekly production through quantity reporting and timecard review.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and measure completed work.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and owner representatives.
• Prepare and maintain three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
