Job summary

CBH Homes in Idaho is hiring a Construction Manager/Superintendent to lead the build of new homes, coordinating trades and subcontractors while upholding safety, quality and schedule. You will represent CBH Homes on-site with professionalism and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supervisory role in new home construction, comprehensive trades knowledge, a valid driver's license, and the ability to build strong relationships with trade partners and teammates.

• Minimum 3 years + experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction
• A thorough knowledge of all trades
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with our Trade Partners
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
