Job summary

KLINGER GPI is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse & VMI Associate in Lubbock, TX. You’ll manage shipping/receiving, inventory, and stock accuracy in the warehouse, and drive to customer sites to support VMI operations. Use P21 ERP to monitor stock and place orders, building strong relationships with site teams.

The role is outdoor, hands-on, and requires independence with reliable performance in a dynamic environment. Training provided, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check (required for site access).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer support or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a barcode scanner.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.

Responsibilities

• In the warehouse: handle shipping and receiving, conduct inventory counts, maintain organization and stock accuracy.
• As a VMI Associate: load products and drive to customer sites across your assigned territory, provide daily onsite support, ensure shelves are stocked.
• Use the ERP system (P21) to assess stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Build relationships with site managers and workers; be the face of KLINGER GPI to customers.
