Job summary

Hodell-Natco Industries in Longwood, FL is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate for a full-time, day-shift role. You will support VMI in a high-volume warehouse, handling order fulfilment, stocking, and on-site customer service with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support VMI in the warehouse and on-site with customers.
• Pick/pack/ship orders and stock incoming product.
• Perform shipping/receiving and verify shipments and docs.
• Prepare products for shipment, label, and stage orders.
• Operate RF scanner to prioritize orders and ensure quality.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and maintain safety.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Maintain a clean workspace and report issues promptly.
