Job summary

BlackHawk Industrial is seeking a VMI Technician in Dallas, TX to replenish customer inventory, maintain accurate counts, and uphold safety standards. You will work directly with customers, drive compliance with company procedures, and support continuous improvement in inventory and service levels.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehouse or inventory roles, a valid license, and ability to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in warehouse operations or inventory roles.
• Experience with customer interactions preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory at customer locations and organize storage areas.
• Monitor usage trends and adjust stocking levels to meet demand.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies with internal teams.
• Record transactions and inventory movements in VMI systems.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE are followed during all duties.
• Travel regularly to customer locations and maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
