Job summary

Imperial is seeking an experienced service technician in Oklahoma City, OK to handle daily service calls and repair duties on vending and related assets. The role involves machine setup, preventative maintenance, and ensuring client satisfaction while working in a dynamic environment.

The position requires high school education or equivalent, willingness to travel to client locations, and the ability to lift heavy items. On-call rotations and working with company vehicles are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience is a plus, but we will train.
• Background in small appliance repair or electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment and installs.
• Regularly lift 50+ pounds.
• Operation of company vehicle for daily travel between client locations.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends, evenings, early mornings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to service calls to diagnose and repair issues.
• Setup of machines and ensure they are working properly.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Improve & Maintain Client Relations by providing excellent service.
• On-call Rotation.
