Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a field-based sales professional to demonstrate and educate on our medical devices across healthcare facilities. You will present clinical and financial benefits to physicians and administrators, promote adoption, and gather feedback to inform product teams.

The role requires 4+ years in medical devices, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to work independently. Travel about 30% with a hybrid work model and on-site customer-facing duties.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or 6 years demonstrated successful sales experience.
• Minimum of 4 years related medical device experience.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrate educational and presentation skills in diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal presentations to Physicians and Administration customers detailing clinical/financial benefits of devices.
• Evaluate new products or enhancements and feedback to Product Development and Marketing.
• Promote and increase usage of products across customer facilities.
• Collect and disseminate information or feedback from customers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings and complete reports.
• Provide product support and education to users in person, in-service, or by written/verbal means.
• Continuously update knowledge of market developments and company products.
