Job summary

Cintal, Inc. is seeking a Controls Engineer to perform machine controls validation and testing on heavy equipment. You will collect performance data, troubleshoot CAN, Ethernet, and control systems, and support software flashing and system integration in field and lab environments.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and have 1+ years of experience in controls engineering, validation, or testing, with familiarity in data analysis and field deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
• 1+ years of experience in Controls Engineering, Validation, or Testing.
• Experience with machine controls, CAN communication, and Ethernet networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine controls validation and testing.
• Collect, analyze, and report machine performance data.
• Troubleshoot control systems, CAN, and Ethernet communication issues.
• Support software flashing, calibration, and system integration activities.
• Conduct field testing on heavy/off-highway equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve machine performance.
