Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC in Louisiana is seeking a Locator to safely locate underground utilities and document each locate in our field operations. You’ll work outdoors in a company vehicle, mark locations, and complete tickets with accuracy while following safety standards.

No prior locating experience is required, as we provide a comprehensive training program. This is a full-time, day position with overtime, weekend and on-call shifts, plus a competitive benefits package and opportunities

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficient with technology and field tools.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities safely and accurately in designated areas.
• Mark locations, document details, and photograph each locate as required.
