Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC seeks a field locator to safely locate underground utilities. You will operate in outdoor environments, with a company-provided vehicle, and complete locate tickets with documentation and photos.

No prior locating experience is required, but a safety-first mindset, ability to work daytime shifts, and willingness to work overtime or on-call are essential. Comprehensive training is 100% paid.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with technology and field tools.
• Must pass a drug screen due to safety-sensitive role.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to communicate clearly with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Locate underground utilities accurately and safely in designated areas, marking locations and documenting each locate.
• Search for utilities in the area, complete necessary documentation, and photograph each locate.
