ELM Utility Services is hiring a Utility Locate Technician for the Red Oak, Texas area. You will locate and mark underground utilities to prevent damage during excavation, using marking paint and flags and supported by the LaunchPoint software system. A company vehicle is provided to travel to job sites from home.

Starting wages range from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. The role includes on-call rotation and potential overtime, with a comprehensive benefits package and paid

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Background check and Motor Vehicle Record checked; safety-sensitive DOT position.

Responsibilities

• Work independently outdoors using company vehicle as mobile office, completing a route of locate requests daily.
• Accurately locate and mark underground utilities using marking paint, flags, and whiskers.
• Use the mobile work system to receive daily tasks; may require on-call rotation and overtime, including nights and weekends.
