Job summary

USIC Locating Services, LLC is seeking a field locator to perform outdoor utility locates in a full-time role. You will use a company vehicle, receive thorough training, and have opportunities for advancement via our CPP program while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Daytime locates, documentation, and coordination with excavators and property owners are core duties. No prior locating experience is required, but a safety-minded attitude and ability to work in varying conditions are

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with technology
• Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
• Able to pass a drug screen (safety-sensitive position).
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities and mark locations.
• Thoroughly search designated areas, document findings, and photograph each locate.
