Job Opportunity: Business Partner & Senior Mentor

The Agency is actively seeking business partners to mentor for senior positions. We are looking for individuals who are confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to build a team and sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about mortgage payments in case of death, disability, or other events. Our product portfolio includes simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt-free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits.

Currently, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to handle them. Clients fill out a form requesting information, after which a field underwriter will call to set appointments via phone or Zoom and assist with the application process.

Training & Qualifications

We provide comprehensive online training from top industry sales reps and team builders, along with one-on-one mentorship and events. No prior experience is necessary. We seek winners with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are essential for reaching the top levels.

Compensation

• Average commission per application ranges from $450 to $650, with results varying.
• Full-time underwriters typically process 5 or more applications weekly.
• You can start part-time or full-time.
• Experienced agency owners working with us for several years, with regular promotions every two to three months, can generate passive incomes between $200,000 and $500,000 annually (results vary).
