Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in construction technology.
• Experience in Underground/Utility CATV construction.
• Basic knowledge of the NESC.
• Strong math, scheduling and cost-control capabilities.
• Must pass drug, background, DOT & MVR screenings; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lay out work; coordinate utility locates and track quantities.
• Inspect work for conformance to plans; identify deficiencies.
• Monitor productivity and supervise crews for output.
• Ensure safe construction practices and proper equipment operation.
• Assist manager with subcontractor and in-house billing; travel as needed.
• Perform other job duties as requested by manager.
