Steve & Kate's Camp in Brookline, MA is seeking team members to chaperone field trips and support campers in a playful, creative setting.

Responsibilities include supervising groups, ensuring safety, coordinating bus travel, and upholding camp policies while fostering inclusive, curious experiences for campers aged 5–12. Join a team that values authentic self-expression and collaborative play.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Chaperone field trips, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Travel by bus to multiple stops while engaging with kids.
• Actively supervising campers.
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
• Report notable concerns or incidents and injuries to campers or staff.
• Monitor camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
