Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Bellevue, WA is seeking enthusiastic team members for our Field Trip program, which offers campers opportunities to explore activities that spark curiosity and personal growth.

Hours align with field trip days, and staff will chaperone, travel by bus between stops, supervise campers, and ensure safety and policy compliance. This role is ideal for babysitters, teachers, coaches, students, artists, or anyone who loves playful leadership.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certification required before Day 1 of Camp.
• Minimum 18 years of age; camp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• You’ll travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervising campers.
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies.
• Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self.
• Keeping track and being aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions.
