Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Redmond, WA is seeking team members to chaperone field trips, supervise campers, and support safety and wellness while traveling between stops. You will engage with children, build connections, and help maintain a fun, inclusive environment.

Ideal candidates are motivated babysitters, teachers, coaches, students, or artists who are ready to play hard, be goofy, and collaborate with a team, while developing leadership skills in a camp setting.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness.
• You’ll travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervising campers
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies
• Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self
• Keeping track and being aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions
