Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in Redmond, WA is seeking team members for our Field Trip program. You’ll chaperone field trips, connect with kids, and help monitor safety and wellness as you travel by bus to multiple stops.

We value play, creativity, and collaboration, and welcome babysitters, teachers, coaches, students, athletes, and artists who are ready to lead groups, stay calm under pressure, and help campers discover their interests. Must be 18+ with First Aid/CPR before Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Staff members will be responsible for chaperoning field trips, making connections, and monitoring safety and wellness. You’ll travel by bus to multiple stops, all while having fun with kids.
• Actively supervising campers
• Ensure compliance with Camp Policies
• Reporting & Recording details of notable concerns or incidents, and of injuries to campers, other staff members, or self
• Keeping track and being aware of camper allergies and dietary restrictions
