Qualifications

- Three years of experience in transportation construction engineering.
- One year of working-level professional experience for General Experience.
- Licensure substitutions may satisfy degree requirements.
- Experience with highway construction engineering plans, contracts, and reports.
Responsibilities
- Directs field staff to ensure work complies with plans and specs.
- Liaises with consulting engineers and reviews final cost estimates.
- Trains inspectors and prepares technical reports.
- Oversees design, estimating, and plan preparation activities.
- Assists in project oversight and stakeholder coordination.
