Job summary

You will work independently or with a substation team, with extensive travel and varied schedules, and you will interpret diagrams and operate oil processing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• Experience in transformer service or related electrical field.
• Strong communication, time management and teamwork.
• OSHA 30, NFPA-70, CPR/First Aid training provided if needed.
• Class A CDL recommended for travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service tasks with minimal supervision.
• Assemble, install and maintain transformers.
• Interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
• Operate transformer oil processing equipment and document results.
• Mentor junior staff when required.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools.
