Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; college degree or 2+ years military/law enforcement experience preferred.
• 1+ year security experience and 1+ years of customer service/hospitality experience.
• Strong verbal/written communication and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training to employees and job candidates, including drills and health and safety instruction.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to specialists and staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company-required training and certification.
• Partner with managers to assess training needs and determine training approaches.
• Develop, update, and maintain training curricula and instructional materials.
• Create and manage training schedules in coordination with management.
• Organize and maintain training manuals, assessments, and multimedia learning tools.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports evaluating training effectiveness.
