Job summary

United Protective Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Training Security Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, train staff, and ensure safety protocols are followed to protect people and assets.

You will schedule and deploy security personnel, conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, and report to the executive team while coordinating mobil patrols.

• Train and mentor security personnel on site duties, emergency procedures, and use of security technology.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify physical security measures and identify vulnerabilities.
• Manage scheduling and deployment of security staff for optimal coverage and rapid response.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations for assigned sites, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and established security protocols.
• Train and mentor security personnel on site-specific duties, emergency response procedures, and the proper use of security technology
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify physical security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements
• Manage scheduling and deployment of security staff to ensure optimal coverage and rapid response capabilities
• Investigate and document incidents such as breaches, alarms, or safety hazards, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
• Communicate effectively with the Executive team
• Perform Mobil Patrols

Monday 8:00pm-8:00am

Tuesday 8:00pm-8:00am
