Job summary

True North Convenience Stores is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver engaging field-based training to store-level employees and management. The role focuses on reinforcing corporate policies, coaching teams, and driving operational excellence through consistent practices.

You will provide real-time coaching, contribute to curriculum development, and partner with Operations leadership to schedule training visits across locations. Some evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have either an associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1–3 years of training, coaching, or operational leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; POS system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, field-based training for store staff and management.
• Lead classroom-style and on-the-job training sessions.
• Assist in certifications of management staff upon training completion.
• Provide feedback to improve training content based on field observations.
• Recommend improvements to training programs to align with operations.
