Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Field Training Specialist to bring our training programs to life in the field. You will translate strategies into practical resources, deliver in-person and virtual sessions, and ensure leaders are equipped to train crews on products, processes, and technology.

This role involves collaborating with HQ and Field Ops, maintaining current materials, observing training, and providing feedback to improve consistency across markets. DOE compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with Dutch Bros training programs preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills - written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel <10% of the time (including quarterly shop visits).

Responsibilities

• Translate existing training strategies into field-ready materials (SOPs, decks, course outlines, online modules, facilitator guides, agendas).
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual trainings to leaders and teams.
• Administer training certifications and reinforce established standards.
• Collect feedback and drive improvements to ensure consistency across markets.
