Job summary

Winsupply is seeking a Field Training Specialist to deliver on-site and virtual training for local companies. You will work with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to drive performance outcomes and unlock growth.

The role involves hands-on training on WISE, WinZone, and Winreports, plus developing help documentation and training videos for ongoing support. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in wholesale distribution.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
• Train new president/managers and employees on WISE functions and reports.
• Work with local company to organize WISE data.
• Conduct follow-up training with recently visited local company.
• Participate in in-person training events (Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, MDTP).
• Record training videos and provide supporting help documentation.
• Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets until issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with Programming, QA, and Support teams on projects.
• Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Field Training Specialist conducts both on-site and virtual training for local companies. They will work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions.
• Possess knowledge to train new president/managers and employees on various topics including WISE functions, reports, e.g. A Day's Work in a Day (ADWIAD).
• Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data.
• Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company.
• Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions.
• Record training help videos and provide supporting help documentation.
• Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
• Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
• Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry.
• Ability to provide attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all duties.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast paced/constantly changing work environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree, or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience using the WISE ERP system.
