Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in training and development.
• Experience in a global multi-cultural environment.
• Experience in the Logistics/Warehousing industry.
• Experience developing training content and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal performance and quality standards set by management.
• Ensure processes, metrics and visibility meet expectations.
• Create, maintain and analyze data related to client metrics, service and visibility.
• Analyze KPI gaps, data quality and visibility to improve performance.
• Assess support interactions against established performance standards.
• Monitor trends and design/facilitate training courses and standards.
• Deploy with field teams for site visits as needed.
• Supervise frontline Training & Performance staff.
