Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a management role in a quick service restaurant (assistant manager/co-manager).
• Preferred age 21+ and valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Certified as Little Caesars Manager; completed Manager class or Franchise Rep with 9 months experience.
• Proven track record in achieving performance, security, and customer service standards.
• Ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team to achieve store goals in customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate colleagues following Little Caesars guidelines.
• Plan and implement local store marketing events and in-store promotions to raise sales.
• Schedule labor, manage orders and maintain equipment to ensure open/close readiness.
• Provide timely feedback on Trainee performance and ensure compliance with policies.
