Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Field Training Manager to build and supervise a team that delivers customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability across the state. The role involves teaching Trainees the Co-Manager duties and guiding them through the Four Phases of Hiring while upholding Little Caesars SOPs.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, manage labor scheduling, ordering, and cost controls, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a management role, with experience as an assistant manager/co-manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Preferred age 21+, Little Caesars Manager certification for 6–12 months and completed Manager class.
• Proven record of achieving standards in customer service, labor, and cost control.
• Ability to read, analyze profit and loss statements and apply store marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team to meet Little Caesars goals for customer satisfaction, sales and profitability.
• Teach Trainees job functions of Co-Manager using structured training methods.
• Schedule labor, order food, and project costs while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate colleagues following company guidelines.
• Monitor performance and provide timely feedback to management for decisions.
