McDonald’s is seeking a Field Training Manager to travel between restaurants, train General Managers, Assistant Managers, shift leaders, and crew members, and ensure company standards are consistently followed. Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurants consistently follow company operating procedures, food-safety standards, cleanliness requirements, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe operations, identify performance gaps, and provide hands‑on coaching.
• Assist with the rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, procedures, promotions, and company initiatives.
• Develop high‑potential employees and managers for career advancement.
• Monitor training completion and maintain accurate training records.
• Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.

We are looking for a Field Training Manager to support the success of our fast-food restaurants by developing people, strengthening operational execution, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience.
