Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Field Training Coach to develop talent, accelerate performance, and enable operational excellence across designated markets. You will design and deliver field-facing training programs, support leadership development, and ensure consistency in execution across restaurants.

The role collaborates with Operations and cross-functional partners to drive growth, support new restaurant openings, and translate learning strategies into field practices that improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in restaurant operations, training, or multi-unit support.
• Proven experience facilitating training programs and coaching frontline leaders.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, leadership development, and talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver field-facing training programs across designated markets.
• Support leadership development and ensure consistency in execution across restaurants.
• Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive growth and successful openings.
• Translate learning strategies into field-level practices that improve performance.
• Identify and grow internal talent to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Provide targeted training to adapt to fast-growing and evolving markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support new restaurant openings and ensure consistent execution.
