Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a coordinator or support role related to training or learning systems administration.
• Experience with creative media or e-learning tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and track employee training in the LMS.
• Communicate training updates, schedules, and requirements to employees.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Rig Managers and field personnel.
• Monitor and reconcile training budgets and expenses.
• Create and support the development of training materials.
