The Field Training Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training field employees to build competencies in hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safe, efficient rig operations through hands ‑ on, in ‑ field support. This role works directly alongside crews to reinforce Precision’s standards and operates on a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotational schedule.
