Clean Harbors Kimball, NE is seeking a Facility Trainer-Rotary Kiln Incineration to train and mentor staff at the Kimball facility. The role is full-time and on-site with daytime hours, no night shifts, and a salary of $30+ per hour depending on experience, paid weekly.
Responsibilities include developing SOPs, conducting hands-on training, and maintaining training records while ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Teach employees multiple task according to site specific SOPs.
Create, edit, and review Standard Operating Procedures + Job Hazard Analysis specific to area of operation
Perform weekly Standard Operating Procedure and Lock Out Tag Out audits
Conduct hands-on training sessions within the facility, including but not limited to new hire practical, single and 5-gas monitors, and mobile/lift equipment.
Maintain training records
Other duties as assigned
HS Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills pertaining to pumps, valves, conveying systems, overhead crane operations, tank farm operations, and baghouse systems
Equipment operation including forklifts, aerial lifts, pressure washers, vacuum trucks, and skid-steers
Previous experience in an industrial atmosphere required, preferable waste management/material handling
Proficient with Windows-based computer applications
Leadership skills
Ability to train/lead others
An excellent commitment to Health & Safety
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to work in team environment
Mechanically inclined
Valid Driver's License required
Punctuality and attendance required
Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
Background check, drug screen and physical- required
