Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Field Trainer to ensure a safe, knowledgeable environment for the team while upholding standards and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will train employees across site operations, tunnel procedures, maintenance, and daily open/close checklists with a focus on teamwork and travel across the region.

This role requires hands-on coaching, curriculum development, and mentoring to create site experts and drive top-line results in a dynamic car-wash environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in a training role.
• Ability to travel regionally and to all states of operation.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Train managers and team members on all site operations and safety.
• Train on daily/weekly tunnel operations checklists.
• Train on preventative maintenance procedures.
• Train on open/close checklists, sales opportunities, and customer service responsibilities.
• Develop and implement content to improve training curriculum and mentor staff.
• Provide resources to help sites drive top- and bottom-line results.
