Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level traffic control role requiring basic field skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Traffic Technician preferred.
• Clean, valid driver''s license and DMV record required by hire date.

Responsibilities

• Lift, carry, load, and unload traffic control devices.
• Set up and remove crash cushions, signs, and traffic control items at job sites.
• Read and follow Traffic Control Plans and lay out equipment per plan.
• Operate towing arrow panels, message boards, light towers, and trailers.
• Operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Repair equipment, assemble signs, and perform shop work for onsite control.
• Maintain safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Keep accurate job logs and report progress to management.
• Communicate with supervisors to update on project status.
