Kelly Services is seeking a Tool Coordinator for a premier manufacturing client in Farmington, CT. This full-time role offers daytime hours and the opportunity to support field service operations across North America.

You will manage tool kits, coordinate SAP/SIS shipments, and assist with administrative tasks, while upholding safety standards and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Proficiency with SAP and SIS, plus the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, are strongly preferred to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling or storage environments is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with SAP and SIS inventory systems preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform warehouse tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of service tools going to customer sites and returning them.
• Prepare and maintain tool kits for field service engineers for installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Use SIS/SAP to coordinate shipment and return of tool kits via carriers.
• Assemble field service engineers’ toolboxes and support calibration processes.
• Inform coordinators and schedulers of tool kit availability.
• Process tool in/out transactions in SAP.
• Support affiliates in Mexico and Canada with tool shipments.
• Follow up on missing, lost, or damaged tools with customers and engineers.
• Maintain an orderly workspace and storage areas.
• Assist with administrative tasks and shop floor projects.
