Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Experience with Medicare Part A and B and multi-facility environments.
• Prior compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits related to therapy services and billing practices.
• Provide regulatory guidance and conduct training for teams.
• Assist development of compliance program and audit tools.
