Candidates must be licensed therapists with 5+ years in SNF environments, well-versed in MDS/PDPM, and able to coordinate corrective actions across facilities.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Occupational, Physical or Speech Language Pathologist Therapy License required.
• Experience: at least five years in skilled nursing environments.
• Knowledge: MDS/PDPM coding rules and regulations.
• Understanding: regulatory framework for skilled nursing industry.

Responsibilities

• Performs Medicare claim review portion of internal compliance audits.
• Conducts internal investigations involving compliance issues.
• Tracks corrective action plans related to adverse findings.
• Facilitates other required compliance activities.
• Travels 70% within Washington and surrounding states.
