Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a Field Testing Specialist for its York, Nebraska operation. The role supports the research center with seed filling, data collection, and field activities across multi-crop plots.

Candidates should have agronomy knowledge and the ability to manage data and coordinate teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in agriculture or a related field with 2–4 years of industry experience, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Support York Research Center operations with multi-crop seed filling, seed preparation and data collection.
• Operate planting, harvesting, and spray equipment and remote sensing equipment.
• Agronomic knowledge of weed control and plot maintenance.
• Collect data and assess data quality.
• Assist with experiment planning and mapping.
• Supervise part-time employee crews to complete field activities according to protocols.
• Availability for overtime during peak seasons of planting and harvest.

Responsibilities
