The role involves directing test activities, reviewing test documentation, and coordinating across multiple organizations and locations to ensure engineering and test objectives are met. The position requires experience with ground tests, radar and sensor systems, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of related experience; more considered
• Experience directing ground tests and monitoring performance parameters
• Experience with mobile radar, EO/IR optics, and ground-based sensor systems
• Hardware and software testing/evaluation experience
• Willingness to adapt to evolving customer requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Research and study documentation related to intrusion detection sensor technologies and COTS equipment
• Create/review test engineering docs: Requirements, Test Plans, Test Cards, Reports
• Plan, coordinate, and execute tests as Test Director across locations and systems
• Reduce and analyze test data; report results
• Provide integrated engineering support for design reviews and test execution
• Occasional travel to vendors’ facilities for reviews and factory tests
