Job summary

Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to support the Field Testing Team in wearing testing programs. You will schedule wear testing assignments, manage tester rosters, distribute footwear samples, and help with in‑person testing as needed.

You will also assist with recruitment platform management, candidate pools, onboarding, data organization, and inventory tracking, ensuring accurate records and timely feedback to product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management abilities are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in footwear, product development, or consumer testing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position will support the Field Testing Team in coordinating, tracking, and managing the day-to-day operations of Skechers' wear testing program.

This role ensures that wear testing activities run smoothly, data is accurately captured, and product feedback is organized and communicated effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Program Coordination:

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating wear testing assignments with internal and external testers


• Maintain an organized roster of active wear testers and their assigned products


• Distribute footwear samples to testers and track receipt and returns


• Occasionally assist with in person testing

Website/Recruitment:

• Help build and expand high-quality field testers and athlete pool for multiple categories


• Support platform management, candidate pool, onboarding, data organization, etc.

Data Management & Inventory Tracking:

• Log wear test assignments, timelines, and tester feedback into tracking systems


• Maintain accurate records of sample inventory, sizing, and distribution status


• Assist with any other operational tasks as needed by the Field Testing Team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

The pay range for this role is $27-$30/hr USD.
