Skechers, the Comfort Technology Company®, is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to support the Field Testing Team in wearing testing programs. You will schedule wear testing assignments, manage tester rosters, distribute footwear samples, and help with in‑person testing as needed.

You will also assist with recruitment platform management, candidate pools, onboarding, data organization, and inventory tracking, ensuring accurate records and timely feedback to product teams.

Formación

• Strong organizational and time management abilities are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in footwear, product development, or consumer testing is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate wear testing assignments with internal and external testers.
• Maintain an organized roster of active testers and assigned products.
• Distribute footwear samples to testers and track receipt/returns.
• Occasionally assist with in-person testing.
• Support recruitment efforts, candidate pools, onboarding, and data organization.
