Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative for the Charleston, WV market. This field-based role covers Charleston, Beckley, Huntington in WV and Ashland, KY, with initial training requiring travel to Eagan, MN for 2 of 12 weeks.

You will service laundry and dish equipment, sell solutions, and help customers maintain a cleaner, safer environment. Benefits start on Day 1, with a company vehicle and paid travel during training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• Current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Leverage tools and technology (tablets, apps) to visit customers and recommend programs/solutions.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts and communicate total value.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing equipment.
• Provide emergency service to customers by phone or in person as needed.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions.
• Demonstrate safe equipment use to ensure customer operations are fully functional.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
