Renewal by Andersen Corporation is seeking an energetic canvasser to engage homeowners in designated territories. You will present our products, maintain professional representation, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and issue resolution.

Role involves independent canvassing with six hours daily in the field, collaboration with leadership on marketing plans, and strict adherence to regulations and permits where required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of canvassing or direct selling experience.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to build relationships and represent the brand professionally.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to accept feedback, apply coaching, and continuously improve performance.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with homeowners about our products and services.
• Represent the company professionally while engaging with homeowners and community members in assigned territories.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through respectful communication and effective issue resolution.
• Partner with leadership to execute territory marketing plans and maintain regular communication on business priorities.
• Meet or exceed standards by following methodology without compromise.
• Canvass and manage your assigned territory independently.
• Conduct daily canvassing activities within assigned territories, averaging a minimum of six hours in the field.
• Participate in monthly team canvassing efforts and ongoing collaboration with fellow marketers.
• Responsible for all transportation to and from assigned territory.
• Abide by all parking and moving regulations.
• Apply for, maintain, and carry all permits when required.
