Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking a motivated Territory Marketer to join our canvassing team in Conway, NH. You will prospect in neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and drive sales results in assigned territories.

This role requires independence, reliability, and a professional approach to representing the brand. Expect a hands-on field role with six hours of daily canvassing, travel to assigned areas, and collaboration with leadership to execute marketing plans.

Qualifications

• 2 years of canvassing or direct selling experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Valid US Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with homeowners about our products and services.
• Represent the company professionally in assigned territories.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through respectful communication and effective issue resolution.
• Partner with leadership to execute territory marketing plans and maintain regular communication on business priorities.
• Meet or exceed standards by following methodology without compromise.
• Canvass and manage your assigned territory independently.
• Conduct daily canvassing activities within assigned territories, averaging a minimum of six hours in the field.
• Participate in monthly team canvassing efforts and ongoing collaboration with fellow marketers.
• Responsible for all transportation to and from assigned territory.
• Abide by all parking and moving regulations.
• Apply for, maintain, and carry all permits when required.
